Booking Policies:

Please review before booking and contact us with any questions or concerns. 

  • We require a valid credit card number to hold a booking reservation. We will not bill the card unless you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. At check-out, you can pay in cash, by credit card, or split the bill between multiple cards.

  • Bands are charged the full time booked for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice.

  • There is a mandatory 30-minute block between bookings in the same room to allow for proper cleaning and sanitization. No early load-ins or check-ins. Have your load out complete on time, so we have time to process your balance and clean the room for the next customer.

  • Customer balance is due for the time booked. For example, if you book 2 hours and leave after 1 hour, you will be charged for the 2 hours booked.

  • Load-In/Load-Out: If you book for example, from 6-8 p.m., your gear load-in may begin at 6 p.m., and your load-out must be complete at 8 p.m. There is no grace period included.

  • Practices and/or load outs that exceed the time booked will be charged accordingly.

  • 1-hour minimum booking time

  • If you feel sick or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home.

Our new policies are meant to create more access for bands and protect us as a business.
